Husband and wife owners, Patrick and Stephanie Cleary, have combined experience of over 23 years in the industry. We Specialize in hair cutting, balayage, dimensional color, and grey coverage/blending. Heirbahn is known to make the salon experience comfortable, fun and easygoing. CANCELLATION POLICY
HeirBahn the Salon has implemented a No Show, Late, and Cancellation Policy Fee. Under this policy, all clients are required to have a credit card on file in order to schedule an appointment. If you do not wish to have your credit card stored, you may pre-pay a 50 % deposit for your appointment over the phone or in person. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, or check.
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice, then your credit card on file will be charged for 50% of the cost of the scheduled service(s). If you do not notify us within 15 minutes after the start of your scheduled appointment that you are unable to make it, then it will be considered a no show, and you will be charged for 100% of the cost of the scheduled service(s). If you are 10 minutes or more late to a Barbered Cut, or 15 minutes or more late for any other service, your appointment may have to be forfeited with a 100% service charge.
"No Show Appointments"
As a stylist, our time spent with guests is the most important thing to us. Unfortunately, "No Show" appointments are subject to full the appointment charge. Your credit card on file will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service(s), if you do not have a credit card stored on file, the charge will be assessed at your next appointment.
These policies will allow us the opportunity to make sure our stylist’s books are filled appropriately which in turn allows us to better serve everyone. As a courtesy to you we send texts and emails to remind you of upcoming appointments but it is ultimately your responsibility to show up on time. If you have opted out of these reminders and wish to re-enroll, please let us know at your appointment time.
